Make an eligible purchase

Purchase a new Samsung 2023 Neo QLED, or OLED TV between 16th Aug - 12th Sept 2023.

Submit a claim

After making your purchase, submit your claim within 30 days from the date of purchase, and no later than the 11th of October 2023.

 

Claims received after the close of the Claim Period will not be eligible for a Reward.

 

Wait for your reward

Participants will be sent an email to confirm their Claim has been received by the Promoter instantly upon entry of a Claim. Providing that the Claim is found to be valid in accordance with these Promotion Terms, Participants will be sent an email within fourteen (14) days to confirm whether their Claim has been successful and validated.

If an email acknowledgement has not been received, it is the Participant’s responsibility to contact the Promoter’s customer service team by email at: [email protected]

or by phone 0330 822 5308 (UK) within seven (7) days of a Claim being submitted.

 

Your reward will then be sent via bank transfer within forty-five (45) days of Claim Validation to the bank account provided by the Participant during the Claim process
